This past weekend was a very special event for Fun DMC as we had the opportunity to join long time friends of the band, Adam Wright and Kim Dennison at their wedding at the Aqua Sports Club in Springfield, IL. Adam and Kim have been coming to Fun DMC shows from the very beginning and it was our pleasure to be a part of their very special day. Adam, a decorated US Army veteran, has booked the band several times at the VFW hall in Bloomington, IL, including a memorable Halloween show as well as founding drummer Aaron Eversole’s final show with the band.

In addition to wedding band duties, Fun DMC guitarist, Robert Reynolds, was called upon to officiate the ceremony. Fun DMC is indeed the full service wedding entertainment company, not only offering live music for your event, but also as a DJ service, wedding planning service, event emcee service, uplighting rental, ceremony coordinator, and at times, even ceremony officiant.

This past weekend we were at the Aqua Sports Club in Springfield, IL. The club staff was more than accommodating to our needs and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
