Top 90s First Dance Songs
Posted by Fun DMC on April 1st 2016
Fun fact – Fun DMC was born out of a 90s pop band that a few of us were part of for two years called Closing Time (great name, right??). After it broke up, Aaron Eversole and Aaron Stanley started this up and leaned heavily on a lot of the popular songs from the previous band’s set. The fact is that right now, 90s music is a hot commodity because the generation that grew up on those songs is now going out to clubs and bars with friends and especially getting married. As 90s kids ourselves, it’s easy for us to put together a list of awesome songs from that decade (heck we still play a lot of them!). However, now that theme weddings are becoming more popular, we’ve started seeing a trend of focusing the wedding favors, colors, and music off of a certain style, genre, and decade.
If you’re wanting a first dance song that comes from your own formative years, maybe you’ll be able to find one out of these totally rad 90s jams.
