We’ve had the pleasure of working with Spruce Street Studios on a number of events, including wedding receptions and private parties.  Located in Shelbyville, Illinois, this former church has been remodeled and repurposed into a gorgeous wedding reception and event venue.  There are three versatile spaces, including an outdoor courtyard and their staff has always been incredibly warm and accommodating.  We love working with Spruce Street Studio and know you will too.  From their facebook page:

Spruce St. Studios — located in the heart of historic Shelbyville, IL — is an arts and recreation space with one-stop services making it the special place to have weddings, receptions, reunions or other private events such as holiday parties and banquets.

The venue is a repurposed brick church which features two stunning spaces, including reclaimed flooring, cathedral wood ceilings, architectural beams, water features and spectacular lighting equipped with everything clients need to accommodate their special event.

Proprietor Renee Tucker— Shelbyville resident and hospitality industry veteran— renovated and launched the new concept to fill a void in the area. “In these tough economic times people are looking for somewhere classy to hold their special events. Until now, our area has been short on options which means people have to travel out of town. This over-complicates planning and drastically drives up the overall price of their event. Our goal is to provide an elegant local experience through affordable packages that pack in a lot of value.”

Tucker’s event planning team understands the numerous details associated with hosting special events. “We offer simple in-house packages as well as offsite party rentals, including tables, chairs, linen services, sound systems and lighting with affordable packages all under one roof to ensure a stress-free experience.” explained Tucker.
