This is a fun mashup…. Wait I need to write more? Ok, this is a really catchy mashup between Eminem, celebrated rapper, and Caravan Palace, a band I had never heard of until this mashup. After listening to this what has to be a thousand times in the last 3 days, I finally looked up Caravan Palace and learned that they are a French electro swing band who have been around since the mid 2000’s.

Electro swing is a neat genre of music as I listen to it more. As the name suggests it combines the phat beats of electronic music to the get up and dance feel of swing, something that every time I hit repeat on Spotify I just want to get up and move, while simultaneously checking to make sure no one is watching. In addition to the contagious instrumentals you get the classic Eminem hit Slim Shady rapped on top of it. And as expected of oneboredjeu (mashup artist) at this point, it fits perfectly. From the big instrumentals of the chorus to the drop and build of the verse, this mashup will keep you on your toes (metaphorically and literally).
