Fun DMC returned to the Springfield IL music scene last Friday for what turned out to be a memorable summer night. Last summer, The Blue Grouch added a large canopy and outdoor stage to “Springfield’s Favorite Neighborhood Bar” and it has quickly become a Springfield music scene favorite. Huge shout out to John Cota of Cota Sound for providing killer lights and audio for the band. The Blue Grouch has hired John to stay on as the house sound tech and we are looking forward to working with him again soon.

Friday night was reunion of familiar faces and longtime fans of the band. All evening the beer garden just kept filling up with old friends, family, and of course a few new fans.  We can’t wait to get back!
