To summarize, this past Saturday was one of the most fun weddings that Fun DMC has had the opportunity to be a part of. The bride and groom, Kristin Baum and Kevin Atterberry, were wed at New Salem Roots, a lovely venue just 20 minutes west of Springfield. The lovely ceremony and dinner music was provided by duo Jaigh Lowder and Jill Manning of Springfield. The event was catered by Lane’s Farm And Cellar, a local restaurant out of Bath, Illinois. With wine service and family style catering at each table, it’s safe to say all five members of Fun DMC would definitely give the reception food and service an easy five stars. And if wine, passed hors d’oeuvres and steak weren’t enough, late night pulled pork nachos sealed the deal.

The 2017 summer wedding tour is about to commence and our evening spent at the Atterberry wedding was a perfect way to kick that off. It was the full showcase of all that Fun DMC has to offer, whether acting as wedding officiant, DJ, emcee or wedding band. 2017 is shaping up to be our busiest year yet and we can’t wait to see you all out on the road.
